Lost or Stolen Packages

Frazier’s Fish House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Fresh, Frozen and Smoked Fish Orders

Fresh fish availability varies based on season, fishing conditions, and catch availability.

Fresh, frozen and smoked fish orders are not currently shipped through the website.
